Opening Reception: March 8, from 2 – 6 pm
The public is invited to attend and meet the exhibiting artists. Featuring Richard Amend, Susan Stinsmueller-Amend, Evelyn Dayman, Diane Bennett, Christina Carroll, Gayel Childress, Bernadette DiPietro, Carol Henry, Stanton Hunter, Laura Langley, Elisse Pogofsky-Harris, Harry Poliak,David Reeser, Michael Rohde, Carol & Al Sils, Kathy Waggoner, Nina de CreeftWard, Fred Yokel and others to be announced.
The Opening Reception will feature a special presentation of jewelry by Clare Dune. The artist refers to her fused glass and rubber as "contemporary embellishments and charms for old souls and brave hearts". The contrast between hard, yet fragile colored glass and soft, yet flexible rubber creates a dramatic look that is both modern and timeless, with Asian and African references.
The Opening Reception will also feature a live musical performance by Joe Juin, featuring classic French and South American folk songs
